We sometimes can offer an expediated turnaround. Please contact us with details about your deadlines and project requirements to get a personal offer. Usually this will cause an increase in cost for both you and us.

i

Do you offer refunds?

It is possible to cancel the project in the middle, but we can not refund the payments for already finished work.

i

Do you offer revisions?

We’ve set up the process so we only start the refinement process once we are on the same page regards strategy and the direction. This means you’ll also get to give feedback on the initial delivery. What this means is that once we’ve finished the final design or deliverable, there’s rarely any need for revisions, since you’ve already approved a large portion of the work prior to completion. If you need any on top of that we are happy to help!
